In general we have found the medical sites to be reliable but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. When reviewing web sites make sure you know the source and if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!!

March of Dimes Contains Fact Sheets about many pregnancy related topics. Hyperemesis For women who are suffering from severe nausea and vomiting of pregnancy but also has tips for dealing with less severe "morning sickness" Massachusetts Teratogen Information Service A Massachusetts based organization that answers specific and general questions about teratogens (substances that may cause birth defects) and pregnancy. Lots of nutrition information. American Heart Association Delicious Eating, includes all you need to know about healthy eating. Tips on supermarket shopping, calories and recipes.
